Enjoy the game and the delicious flavors of this unique pizza creation! Pair it with a fresh fruit salad or a crisp green side salad to complete the meal.
Ingredients
- 6 Large Dakota Layers Eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- pinch Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes (optional)
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese (use half cup in egg mixture, other half on top once eggs are out of oven)
- 1/2 cup turkey sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup hashbrowns
- 2 scallions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350⁰F
- Whisk together 6 eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, a pinch of Italian seasoning, parsley (optional), chili flakes (optional) and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Fry turkey sausage crumbles until cooked through
- Cook shredded hash browns to package instructions (you can use regular hash browns and break them up)
- Once the egg mixture has cooked for 10 minutes, remove from oven, add hash browns and sausage then sprinkle with remaining cheese
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges and enjoy!
