Ingredients
- 1 large Dakota Layers egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 pkg. apple and cinnamon instant oatmeal (1.23 oz.)
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
Instructions
- Beat egg and milk in 2-cup microwave-safe bowl until blended, stir in oatmeal.
- Microwave on high until liquid is absorbed and egg is set, 1-1/2 to 2 minutes; stir, top with yogurt.
Note: Microwave ovens vary. Cooking time may need to be adjusted.
